Appleton East girls soccer snags road win at De Pere to stay undefeated

DE PERE – The Appleton East girls soccer team bumped its record to a perfect 4-0 with a 2-1 nonconference victory over De Pere on Thursday at Nowak Field.

Addison Wreath scored both goals for the Patriots, with Maiya Wheaton assisting on one in the first half and Marley Wreath adding the assist on another in the second half.

Alexa Spaeth scored in the second half for De Pere to cut its deficit in half, but Appleton East was able to hold on the rest of the way to secure its fourth-straight victory.

Appleton East returns to action Tuesday at Oshkosh North.
