Dominant first half pushes Kimberly past Appleton West boys basketball

APPLETON – Kimberly jumped out to a quick start and finished off Appleton West for a 75-32 win in Fox Valley Association boys basketball action Friday night at Appleton West High School.
Carson Pendleton had 12 points, Thomas Meyers 11 and Mikey Wildes 10 to lead a balanced scoring attack for Kimberly, which had 12 different players find the scoring column in the victory.
Kimberly (10-5, 8-4 FVA) raced out to a 47-15 lead by halftime and were able to hold off West (0-16, 0-11) from there.
Parrion Peace had 12 points and Reid Hinkens added 11 for the Terrors.
Kimberly hosts Brookfield Central for a nonconference game Saturday, while West’s next game is Tuesday at Fond du Lac.
