Fox Valley Lutheran finishes 1-2 at NEC wrestling quad at Little Chute

LITTLE CHUTE – The Fox Valley Lutheran wrestling team went 1-2 at a North Eastern Conference quadrangular meet Thursday at Little Chute High School.

The Foxes win came by a score of 60-18 over Clintonville, while they lost to Wrightstown 57-12 and Little Chute 45-28,

Liam Murphy went 2-1 at 165 pounds with two pins, and Ethan Ruppel (175) and Peyton Lemberger (215) each were 2-1 with one pin for the Foxes.

Inigo Cristobal and Elijah Mattioli also picked up two wins each for Fox Valley Lutheran.

FVL hosts Marinette for a conference dual meet next Thursday, Dec. 21, at 6:30 p.m.
