2024 WIAA State Softball Tournament scoreboard

MADISON – Five state titles were Saturday decided as the 48th WIAA State Softball Tournament wrapped up at Goodman Diamond on the campus of the University of Wisconsin.

Championship Saturday kicked off with the Division 5 title game as Stevens Point Pacelli (28-2) repeated as D-5 champs with a 4-3 win over Oakfield (26-4). The title is Pacelli’s fifth in program history, going along with others won in 2003, 2012, 2015 and 2023.

In Division 4, Cuba City (25-2) blanked Fall Creek (29-3) 7-0. Both teams were playing in its first state tournaments.

Prescott (21-8) defeated Laconia (21-9) 3-1 in the Division 3 championship game. Prescott, making its seventh state tournament appearance and fourth in the last six years, captured its first state championship.

Waupun (20-4) earned the Division 2 championship with a 7-3 victory over Mosinee (29-2). The title is Waupun’s first, coming in its third state tournament appearance.

Kenosha Bradford (28-3) is also a first-team state champ as it defeated Milton (26-3) in the Division 1 final.
